Music is one of the most lively activities people either see or do in the city of Barcelona. In Barcelona, there are many different types of music festivals that people who live there are always entertained by. These festivals are a very old and popular tradition that people have done in Barcelona for many years. Living in Barcelona for a while, you would see many music clubs all around town that play a variety of different music, from old traditional music to a more modern type of music we hear today. To make music more exciting in the city of Barcelona, there are many street music performers all around the city for people to watch. Seeing street performers is very exciting to see through out the city and can create a more positive environment in Barcelona. Usually, walking through the city of Barcelona you are almost always able to hear music being played. Religious music is also a very important type of music in the city of Barcelona. Music in Barcelona has made that culture very lively and exciting. There are many concerts that occur on a daily basis. Barcelona is known to be a place for well-known musicians to stop during their tours. However, during the Renaissance period, music was developing quickly. Many people during that time period were able to create this music while also working with France to develop it. With many horrible and negative things going on in that period of history, music was something people used to think about something different. |
